Make sure you have your video of a project

• Using Legos and a iPad, I created a stop motion race with Legos because it was fun and a challenge to make a stop motion.

• During this process, I learned how to make a stop motion.

• The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties computational thinker because I used problem solving during my project. I am a global collaborator because I have a website for the whole world to see.

• A challenge I overcame on this project was doing the stop motion because we took 90 pictures. It was also a challenge because people kept messing with us and breaking our cars. I was able to do it by telling them to get away and putting our cars where they couldn't get them.

• Given a chance to do this again, I would change the cars because they were poorly made and probably made a longer stop motion. The reason why I would change it is because our video was a little short.

• Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the Construction Trades CTE program at Hastings High School. My project connects to careers in LEGO LAND.
