7p4 augmented reality

Using a merge cube and co space coding tools, I created a story about a roman leader helping to put out a fire because I thought it was a fun idea and thought it would be fun to create.

During this process, I learned how many things you can do and create on co spaces like making characters and plenty different scenarios and different objects from all the unique things they have in co spaces.

The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to knowledge constructer because I had no idea how to use a merge cube but I learned how to from exploring the site.

A challenge I overcame on this project was not knowing how to use a merge cube. I was able to do it by me figuring it out by using co spaces and asking classmates.

Given a chance to do this again, I would change I would put different text and add different animations to my characters. The reason why I would change it is because my wording isn't that great and i have little to no animations on my characters.

Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing.  My project connects to the computer programming CTE program at Hastings High School.  My project connects to careers in software development because you are programming your on story and the computer and creating different programs and creations on co space.
