What materials will you need for your project?

The micro bit and iPad.

What is your plan to create in this project?

I plan to create a lie detector.

What unique qualities will your project have?

It will have my own music. 

Daily log

• While creating this project I used iPad, Micro Bit and computer. I used these to created a lie detector because I wanted to know if my friends tell me the truth. These were the tools I used to create my lie detector.

•  As for The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to  Knowledge Constructor because I decided that I wanted to make a lie detector and found videos on how to do that. This is the class standard in which my project connects to.

• There were several challenges in this project. A challenge I overcame on this project was getting music to play while you see if you are truly being honest. I was able to do it by attempting different commands and coding techniques. 

• If I were given a chance to do this again, I would change my techniqeues with audio output. The reason why I would change it is because I had to use headphones instead of a speaker which was disappointing. This is what I would change given a chance to attempt this project again.

• Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing.  My project connects to the computer programing CTE program at Hastings High School.  This is the CTE program that my project ties to.

• My project connects to careers in Mechatronics Technician:because I programed a machine to do a desired command of my own wishes and design. This is a career my project ties to.
