3D printer, Website, and Computer.

What is your plan to create in this project?

My Plan to create this project is to make a pencil box with a reminder on the lid.

It will be made by me.

Daily Log:

• I created my project using a 3D printer, Website, and Computer, I created a box where you can also clip reminders because I am a forgetful person so I thought that if I could clip it in a box where I get stuff out of I will remember things like assighnments better. This is what I created with my materials.

• I learned a lot during my creation procces. One thing I learned during this process was how to group things so it will print properly. This was one thing I learned during the creation of my reminder box.

• The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Innovative Designer because I found a problem in my life and designed and created something to solve it. This is how my project ties to one of the 7 class standards.

• A challenge I overcame on this project was creating the clips. I was able to do it by looking through the templates and finding something that will succesfuly clip things then sizing it to my project. This is a challenge I overcame creating my project.

• If I was given a chance to do this again, I would change the problem I solved in my daily life. The reason why I would change it is because while memory is a problem it isn't my biggest in my day to day life. This is what I would do differently if I were given a chance to do this again.

• Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing.  My project connects to the Engineering Design CTE program at Hastings High School. This is the CTE program my project connects to.

• There are many differant careers that require the same skills we used. One career my project connects to is careers in Dental 3D Print Specialist because that also deals with 3D models. This is one career my project connects to.
