Day 1

i had no idea on what to make so i learned what you could do on tinkercad to see what i could do

I went on tinkercad and thought of making a fidget toy for my boredom and attention span

the Ball-Go-Round fidget toy has you spin it and a ball in a ring will spin

i finally made a handle on the Ball-Go-Round

after finishing the Ball-Go-Round I had free time so i just made different colored slimes

Reflection

Using tinkercad, I created a fidget toy because of my short attention span and boredom.
During this process, I learned that i need to focus a bit more.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Computational Thinker and Global Collaborator because i am showing a solution to a problem.
A challenge I overcame on this project was thinking of what to make. I was able to do it by thinking of what i could do with one shape.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change what type of thing the toy is. The reason why I would change it is because i don't think people like having a ball flung across the house.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the Engineering Design CTE program at Hastings High School.
My project connects to careers in engineering because i need to make something move when you move it.
