Are you working by yourself or in a team?
with somebody
What materials will you need for your project?
drones, and hoops
What is your plan to create in this project?
we want to see how good the drone can dodge objects
What unique qualities will your project have?
It will be tested to see if it goes through objects easily
Day:1 figure out with everyone what we are going to do
Day:2 flying the drones to get used to them.
Day: 3 making the video of us flying the drone
Day: 4 edit the video to where it will work
Day: 5 putting the videos and some pictures on my website
Using drones, I created not crashing into object and being able to do cool tricks with them because if you were in a crowd and they wanted to see you do tricks you would know how to do them and if someone wanted something delivered to them you go through though obstacles and drop it off.
During this process, I learned flying drones wasn't that hard to fly but it just takes some to get used to.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to knowledge constructor because it takes knowledge to learn how to fly drones.
A challenge I overcame on this project was learning how to flip the drone. I was able to do it by watching videos and figuring it out by myself.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change where to drive the drone and where to do the flips at. The reason why I would change it is because it was in a small area in the hallway and if I could I would do it in the cafeteria because there is more room.
