Using dash , I created a program for the robots to try to knock of a piece of lego off of each other. because my partner and i wanted to create a fighting game with the robots and this the closest thigh to a fighting game .
During this process, I learned how to code the dash to try to knock down the other robots lego piece. using a lego stick my group crated .
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to empowered learner because we set goals to our robots .
A challenge I overcame on this project was making the piece to knock over. I was able to do it by connecting pieces together with spinning joints.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change the lego arms . The reason why I would change it is because they look stupid and don't work well .
