Using Tinker Cat and a 3D printer, I created a jewelry holder for my mom because I wanted to be nice for my mom and also I wanted to use the 3D printer.
During this process, I learned how to use a 3D printer for the first time ever.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Knowledge Constructor and Innovative Designer because I had to use my knowledge on computers to program and my Innovative Designer skills to ceate the jewelry holder on Tinker Cat.
A challenge I overcame on this project was learning how to use Tinker Cat. I was able to do it by asking a friend for help.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change what I would be making. The reason why I would change it is because I would have wanted to do something different.
