This was the first code that I did, It has my name roll over it. Each letter was lower cased except for the begging letter "H." This was the easiest micro bit project I have done so far and will probably be the only easiest on I do during this project. I would say for this project you could let anyone from the age 5- 70 you could give this to them and they would have their name rolling across the screen on the first try. I would say that the easiest thing with this project was how easy the coding was. All that was done, was two boxes with a command inside it. The time spent on this project was about 30-1minute long. I certainly didn't take up a long time to make and I'm glad that it didn't.
In this lesson, I plan to make, With my Micro Bit, a small animation. This animation would be about a person who is facing issues with their life, and they decide that they should just relax and just be calm. the animation should last about 1 minute to 1 minute 30. My materials I will be using are the Micro Bits coding website. I plan to have the project done by Friday the 3rd.

This is the small animation that I made. This animation took 2 days to make, one struggle I had with this project was keeping it inside its time limit, I still had more things to add onto it but because of time I had to keep it at what was in the video. For the most part this animation was fairly easy. Only thing I would change is the last bit to this animation. I noticed that the last bit was kind of unnecessary and for the most part it kind of didn't make a whole lot of sense. One thing I really liked about this project, was the way everything had turned out. The finished product had turned out way better than I had expected it to, The way that the pictures had moved across the screen turned out wonderful and I could have expected way worse.
This is my Dice micro bit project. this took me at least 5 minutes to make, and was fairly easy. One thing I really liked about this project was how when it is shaken, it generates a random number. the challenging part with this project was the process of making it. I had some trouble making the mechanics and making them function properly. I would say that this project is relatively easy and anyone can make it. the other bit to this small little experiment that I had a good time doing was probably not having a lot of issues besides from the small bits of the coding process. I feel like the fact that I was able to have a small shake and then something would pop up, that part I enjoyed to do and found fairly easy.
One thing I would change about this is the coding process. (how long it took to code.) for most of the coding part I found myself sorta struggling to get codes to function properly. Some of the time I was done, but noticed that the coding isn't working the way I would like it to. I also would notice that the command all are quite confusing and I kinda didn't really know what to do in the beginning. It was also somewhat tough to focus on only one task with this project because I had so many idea's popping up in my head when I was only trying to focus on one. One thing that I learned in this project was to have creativity. You can basically do anything with these Micro Bits if you really put your mind to it and that's what I did when the animation came. One thing that was fun to do was the small animation. It really let me go above and beyond with these small little Micro Bits and just let my creativity run wild . I would say that this project was very easy and fun and I really enjoyed it, One reason I say this is because, literally the only two skills you need for this project is to move your mouse and some creativity. That's it! that's one of the reasons I found this project enjoyable and over all pretty fun to do. I would recommend this project to anyone who is looking for coding and computer design. This project takes both of those two and makes them Into one. I would also recommend this to any age, this project you can mess up on and you'd still have a great outcome to it.
I learned how to download a code into a computer. I learned this because when we were making our Micro bit code we had to download it from the computer to the Micro Bit. The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Creative Communicator because a Micro Bit can also be a communication device and it can be a very creative way to be communicative .
A challenge I overcame on this project was getting the coding to work correctly. I was able to do it by flipping through all of the codes that were inside the app and see the one that looks the best.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change the animation project. The reason why I would change it is because it felt like it wasn't very nice or made sense a whole lot.
