7p3-Micro:Bits

Using microbit.org I created my name because I liked how I could shape the letters and make them my own. During this process, I learned to code and design shapes and letters.

The 7 standers of the class are, Empowered learner, Digital citizen, Knowledge constructor, Innovative designer, Computational Thinker, Creative communicator, and Global collaborator. My project relates to Empowered learner because, I was able to create and design letters and codes.

A challenge I over came well doing this project was connecting and downloading to the micro bit. I was able to over come this by asking my neighbor and then he helped me. Now I know how to do that for the next project that we do.

Having a chance to do this project again, I would change my name, to a quote about wildlife or a country quote. I would make this change because, if I wrote a quote about wildlife, it might help people understand nature and animals.

Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the CTE program at the High School. My project connects to careers in, designing and coding marketing.
