Using the green screen, Peightyn, David, Quentine, William, and I created a IT parody because we wanted to do something with the green screen and there was just enough people to do the IT movie scene. During this process, I learned how to use a green screen to construct a movie. This learning was important to me it showed me how to "successfully" make a movie trailer/movie. The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Empowered Learner because we got to choose what project we got to do, we also used Knowledge Constructor because we used things online to make a movie like the iPad and green screen, and innovative designer because we used multiple technologies to make a movie. A challenge overcame during this project was trying to get the right picture for the scene. Given another chance to do this again, I would make the movie scene a little bit longer and add more stuff because it was only around 50 seconds long. I would change it by adding more dialog and events that happen in it. This project connects to carriers because we had to use teamwork skills and leadership to get everything to work together. This is important because I could definitely use these skills in the future.
