8P4-Circuit Playground

Reflection:

• Using Ada fruit, iPad, computer, and makecode, I created a code to make the Adafruit look like a loading screen but with lots of different colors. I also created a code to make the Adafruit do a cool pattern with pink and red. Another thing I created was a game were it tells you if you are lucky or unlucky.

• During this process, I learned how to use and code the adafruit. I also learned how to make the adafruit change colors and create different unique patterns.

• The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Digital Citizen because I was responsible in creating new and unique patterns and codes. 

• A challenge I overcame on this project was figuring out how to make the pattern go in circles and make it look normal. I was able to do it by looking at the premade design that go's in circles and trying to recreate it with different colors. 

• Given a chance to do this again, I would change the patterns I made. I would change the patterns I made because I would create something more challenging and that has more going on in it. I would also create more codes.

• Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing.  My project connects to the Computer programming CTE program at Hastings High School.  

• My project connects to careers in computer programming because you have to be able to make complicated codes. It also connects to careers in software developing because you have to be able to develop and code websites and apps
