Daily log

Day 1 : we made our websites.         Day 2: we added our class standards and             Day 3: we made our 7p1 About me video page and          design thinking page.                                                        Started   finding our pictures, for our video.

Day 4: We finished finding pictures.             Day 5; we started making our I movie videos.      Day 6 I finished my Imovie video. 

Day 7: we put our video on our website and turned it in.

Reflection of project

• Using Imovie, an ipad , Creative common pictures, music, and sound effects I created   a video about my idols because I think they are really great people and i wanted to give them some credit from my video.

• During this process, I learned how to add sound, pictures, and voice overs to my video. The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Digital citizen because I made sure I was being responsible and safe with my ipad and pictures.

• A challenge I overcame on this project was the amount of time I had. I was able to do it by coming in during seminar and lunch.

• Given a chance to do this again, I would change the amount of sound effects I used. The reason why I would change it is because I think it would have been better with more sound effects because it would bring more humor.

• Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Computer Programming, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, and Marketing.  My project connects to the Digital Multimedia CTE program at Hastings High School. Because I used video and animation on my project.

• My project connects to careers in add making because I made a video where my idea came across clearly, and had fun effects to get peoples attention.
