What is your plan to create in this project?
Something with moving parts.
What unique qualities will your project have?
I've never printed anything anything that has moving parts before so it'll be something new fo me.
Made website page and started design.
Worked on design. Made little progress

Here is what it looks like put together. However, I made a few errors in the design, so it doesn't really work well.
Using TinkerCAD and the 3D printer, I created a rocket that moves back and forth using a gear because I've never made anything that moves before.
During this process, I learned that the same size unit is required on parts to fit them together properly.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Empowered Learner because I didn't know how to do something so I learned how by trial and error.
A challenge I overcame on this project was fitting the peices together. I was able to do it by making sure they were all the same size unit (fractions) so they would snap together.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change The way the gear fits into it. The reason why I would change it is because it can fall apart easily.
