8p1 - Video Project

Using iMovie and copyright free images, I created a video of some things I like because I wanted to show other people some things I like.

During this process, I learned how to put pictures into iMovie to create a video.  I also learned how to do a voiceover.

The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Knowledge Constructor because I couldn't do a voiceover, but I learned how to do one.

A challenge I overcame on this project was doing the voiceover. I was able to do it by finding a quiet space and recording it multiple times.

Given a chance to do this again, I would change the fish photo. The reason why I would change it is because I would like to use a fishing pole and a fish.

Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing.  My project connects to the Digital Multimedia CTE program at Hastings High School.  My project connects to careers in content creation.
