Reflection
Using an old monitor, I created a charging station because I will have a place to charge my phone.
During this process, I learned all the stuff that is inside a monitor.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to empowered learner because we got to learn the inside of computers.
A challenge I overcame on this project was my wires breaking. I was able to do it by finding a different project to do.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change That my parts didn't break. The reason why I would change it is because what I was going to do was cooler.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, and Marketing. My project connects to the engineering design CTE program at Hastings High School.
My project connects to careers in operations manager because they upcycle and use old things to make new things.
