list of 10 good things and planning questions.
Worked on the coding(?)
Fixing other projects and finished designing it and sent it to my teacher top get it printed.
It was 3D printing.
It finished and this is the final product(without voice over).
Using tinckercad and a 3D printer, I created a pencil holder because I might give it to a teacher.
During this process, I learned how to make a hole in a 3D print.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Innovative Designer because I had made my cup holder how I wanted it to be.
A challenge I overcame on this project was figuring out how to make holes actually work. I was able to do it by playing around with tinckercad while I had the shape selected.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change is I would make it a little bit taller. The reason why I would change it is because it looks a little short.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the engineering design CTE program at Hastings High School. My project connects to careers because I figured out how to make a hole in a 3D print by using my prior knowledge and found out how to do it. A job that relates engineering design is a technician.
This is my final product (with voice over I'd hope).
