Using cardboard, a Makey Makey, alligator clips, tin foil, scissors, and a tape measure. I created a giant Makey Makey because I saw it online and thought it would be cool to make. It was pretty cool when it was done.

During this process, I learned that I needed to let my partners help more. The reason I need to do this is because we can get things done faster that way. At the end I let them help me more and we got a lot more done that way, I wish I had done that from the start.

The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Innovative Designer. It ties to this because I had to design the giant Makey Makey.

A challenge I overcame on this project was running out of time. I was able to do letting my partners help more so we could get done faster. It worked and we were able to get done on time.

Given a chance to do this again, I would change how slow I worked. The reason why I would change it is because I almost ran out of time. I would change this by letting my partners help more.

My project connects to the Engineering Design CTE program at Hastings High School. My project connects to careers in Engineering Design because I had to design my giant Makey Makey.
