Using Mine craft education edition, I created a big water slide because I love water slides.
During this process, I learned how to code the agents in mine craft.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Knowledge constructor because I used what little knowledge I had of coding to code my project .
A challenge I overcame on this project was figuring out how to make my agent place a block. I was able to do it by asking a friend for help.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change the code. The reason why I would change it is because it was not the best code and I had little knowledge of coding but know I know much more on how to code .
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the Culinary Arts CTE program at Hastings High School. My project connects to careers in Computer Programming.
This my water slide, build by my agent.
This is the coding used to operate the agent and make him build my water slide.
