Using Legos, My computer, and Ipad, I created a stop motion video because i wanted to work with my friends on a fun project.
During this process, I learned how to create a stop motion video using the app iMotion .
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Creative Communicator because me and my friends came up with creative ideas for our project and communicated with one another on what scenes to build and voice overs.
A challenge I overcame on this project was not knowing how to use iMotion when starting the project. I was able to do it by asking for help from my friends and talking to them about what to do.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change what scenes we took photos of or what . The reason why I would change it is because i could have been more creative of coming up with what to build for the project. I wanted to create more scenes and go into detail with them.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, and Marketing. My project connects to the Engineering and Design CTE program at Hastings High School.
My project connects to careers in Design Engineers because we created and came up with the ideas and what to use in our stop motion video creating and retrying multiple builds and scenes.
