Went home and made a jump
Using saws and some wood, I created a jump for my RC cars because we broke to last one.
During this process, I learned how to bend a pice of wood with water.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Globle Collaborator. My project ties to innovative designer because I created a jump by myself.
A challenge I overcame on this project was not having the wood to make it. I was able to do it by buying wood.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change how big the jump is. The reason why I would change it is because it sends my car to the moon.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the construction trades CTE program at Hastings High School.
My project connects to careers building things with wood because I created a jump out of only wood.
