Watched a video about scratch.

Day 2

Added all the things like baseball click etc.

Day 3

Made my first two button that increased the amount per click.

Day 4

Made my first 2 buttons that give you clicks every second.

Day 5

Added 2 more buttons and finished the project.

Using Scratch, I created a clicker game because I wanted to find out how to code better in a more simple way.
During this process, I learned how to code a game using Scratch's unique coding.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Innovative Designer because my project involved technology in this case meaning coding a video game. I used scratch through my computer through scratch to make a clicker game by myself.
A challenge I overcame on this project was coding to get a click every second. I was able to do it by looking over another video to figure out my mistakes.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change how I picked the videos. The reason why I would change it is because I got a horrible video which ended up wasting my time, so I had to find another.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, and Marketing. My project connects to the CTE program at Hastings High School because my project would be involved in computer programming. My project is involved in computer programming because I used Scratch to code a game that functions.
My project connects to careers in junior software engineer, Web Development, and Programmer Analyst because every single job listed has something involved in coding which was what my project was based on.
