During this process, I learned what all the parts of the a modern day laptop. I also learned that it was harder to put back together than to take apart.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Empowered Learner and a Global Collaborator. I am a Global collaborator Because I posted the project on my website that any one in the word could see. I am a Empowered learner Because I used Certain tools to learn in a positive way.
A challenge I overcame on this project was getting stripped screws out. I was able to do it by pressing really hard while unscrewing the screws.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change the device take apart. The reason why I would change it is because there wasn't really anything to take out of the laptop.
