Dear Parent / Carer,

As parents ourselves, we know how important the transition is from primary to secondary school. At Hastings we will work hard to make that transition as smooth as possible and ensure that your child settles quickly into secondary education.

The education we offer is centered around meeting the needs of each individual child in our care. We are one of the highest achieving schools in the county and pride ourselves on the diverse range of educational experiences we offer – “Something for everyone”.

To apply for a place in year 7 you must use the LA online system or submit the LA’s common application form. The application forms must be completed and submitted or returned by the national closing date (31st October).
