As a psychology major you can prepare yourself for a career that requires advanced education. Pre-professional pathways are a plan of coursework that best prepares students for gaining admission into specific professional programs. These programs expect or require students to have taken certain classes and/or have certain experiences (i.e. research experience, an art portfolio, or service learning). In your selected pathway, you complete the core requirements for the psychology major and then tailor your minor and electives towards the graduate program you aspire to.
