Aid for Fall 2024 will disburse on August 22, 2024. Aid for Spring 2025 will disburse on January 16, 2025.
Financial aid offers for the 2024-2025 award year are emailed to students in Spring 2024.

Financial Aid FAQ's
Can my parent(s) apply for loans for my balance?
FEDERAL PLUS LOAN: The parent can borrow the cost of education minus other financial aid. Application directions can be found here.
PRIVATE LOAN. A list of lenders can be found here.
What if I work on campus?
Campus employment is paid directly to the student and is not used as a credit toward tuition charges.
If my accepted aid exceeds my direct charges, when do I get my refund?
If your statement shows a refund due to you (ex. $10.00), the earliest date for refunds is approximately two weeks after the semester begins.
Why does my bill not match my award letter that I received from Financial Aid?
Financial aid is awarded for the academic year but tuition and fees are billed by semester.
The financial award letter is an estimate of the direct charges for tuition, general fees, housing and meal plans; based on your selections.
If you are utilizing federal loans the origination fee has been deducted before it is disbursed to your billing statement.
