Google Add-Ons

What are Add-Ons?

Google add-ons let you do more with your Google Docs and Sheets by adding new, useful features such as the ability to sign or fax your docs directly from Google Docs. Most add-ons are created by third-party developers and published to the add-on store.

Flexible, easy to use document merge tool that creates PDF or shared Documents from spreadsheet data.

Google Sheets

copyDown adds a simple but revolutionary functionality to Google-Form-fed Google Sheets -- the ability to have formulas and cell formats carry into new form submission rows.

With this ability, any Google form submission can auto-calculate subtotals, perform a vertical lookup against another sheet, include conditional formats or data-validation lists in new form rows, or calculate a count or countif tied to a cutoff threshold -- and these are just a few examples -- don't get us started!

Flubaroo is a FREE add-on to Google Forms/Sheets which lets you quickly grade and analyze student performance on multiple choice and fill-in assignments.

Plotting your own data onto a map is in great demand for businesses and individuals. We want to map all kinds of different data—from business contacts to next week’s appointments, or simply all your friends’ addresses.

For the first time, the Mapping Sheets add-on is providing an easy way to process your data directly from Google Sheets onto a map.

"Find duplicates or uniques" is a quick assistant for Google Sheets: remove duplicates in a column or find duplicate rows. You are free to include the first occurrences or look for unique entries. It lets you choose one of 6 ways you can deal with the results: highlight or remove duplicate lines, copy or move them to another Google Spreadsheet, or clear duplicate entries leaving the cells intact. Once you run the add-on, it will display a summary for the results found in your sheet.

This add-on will become your best assistant for merging values in adjacent cells. Three simple settings let you decide if you want to combine multiple columns or rows, pick the delimiter for the records, and choose a place for the results.
