What is YouScience?
YouScience gives students hope, relevance, and direction by expanding their vision of opportunities. Unlike traditional interest surveys, YouScience uses fun, engaging ‘brain games’ to capture real measures of aptitudes (natural abilities most important to career choice). YouScience then translates those talents into real world, high-demand careers. The results include a discovery profile designed to help students better understand their natural abilities, broaden awareness of career opportunities, and make more informed decisions about their individual pathway from school to career. Additionally, YouScience equips counselors with innovative tools and data to align students with educational opportunities.
To view your child's assessment results go to Infinite Campus and click on "My Career Plan" tab followed by selecting "YouScience."

The BRIDGE (Building Resourceful Individuals to Develop Georgia’s Economy) Act, House Bill 400, was signed into law May 2010 to create an atmosphere motivating middle- and high-school students to learn because they see the relevance of education to their dreams and future plans.
We meet the BRIDGE law requirements through teaching classroom lessons, administering You Science: Snippet and You Science: Shapshot and guiding students through analyzing their results.
