Supply List for Grade 3

Your child will need to bring in a pencil box to store personal belongings in. Large, metal ones, usually do not fit in our desks.  HTS will be providing pencils, a glue stick, one box of crayons, a pair of scissors, and a few erasers.  I will provide items as they are needed from our classroom supply storage.  Make sure the pencil box has your child's name clearly labeled on the outside.  Students can use our hallway lockers to store extra belongings. 

*one durable plastic 2-pocket folder 

*a clean sock or cloth works better at erasing dry erase boards than the actual erasers 😃

*four thick dry erase Expo markers  (black only)

*A small handheld pencil sharpener can be useful but it is not necessary.

*colored pencils or markers (if your child prefers to use coloring tools other than crayons)

*Please be sure your child does not have a backpack with wheels.  They do not fit in our lockers.

*a chapter book to store in your desk for free reading time

*Mrs. Moran is requesting an art smock or oversized t-shirt for art class.

*You are welcome to bring in a computer mouse if you are more comfortable with that.  We use our laptops a lot.  

*Your child will need headphones for the laptop as we no longer provide them.

Please make sure  that your child's supplies fit inside of one pencil box.  

Teachers may ask for additional supplies throughout the year.  This information will be shared with you when supplies may be needed.  Thank you for your cooperation and support!
