Still Worshiping "Together" with Neighbors
In a partnership between the Elijah Kellogg Congregational Church, WHPW is continuing to broadcast church services on WHPW 97.3 FM.
In addition to listening to the service in the church, attendees are able to hear the sermons through their car radios on WHPW. Folks can also listen to the service from their own homes by tuning their radios to WHPW 97.3.
Thanks to board member Daniel Moore and engineer Howard Yanik for putting together all the necessary connectivity to make this broadcast continue to be possible.

We had a great time at the Harpswell Garden Club's Fall Fest. It was a very successful fundraiser for the radio station. Thank you to all the nice folks in the Harpswell Garden Club for putting on another fun event.
Out on a hike with Cracklin' Jane
One thing we like to do when possible is visit some of the creators of the shows you hear on WHPW. The other day, we were in Downeast Maine and had an opportunity to meet and go for a hike with Cracklin' Jane, host of Round the World with Cracklin' Jane. In June we had a great visit with Iris Berkley of Modern JetSet when she was in Maine. It's is great fun to put a face and personality to voices we hear!
Check out Jane's show on Sundays at 2:00 pm. Check out Iris's show at 9:00 pm on Monday and an encore at 3:00 pm on Sunday.

The New Programming Schedule is Up!
There are a couple of shows recorded in conjunction with WHPW - Feezable Tracks, Moist Fluids, and 'Round the World With Cracklin' Jane - however most of the programming is through our affiliations with Pacifica Network, Native Voice 1, and PRX.
The programs are downloaded and schedule by our programmer, but occasionally a program is not uploaded by the producer on time to put it in its usual time slot or it just goes away with no notice or a new show pops up and is worth listening to. Keeping a schedule is challenging, so be prepared for the unexpected!
