School Counselor ~ Rebecca

Hello Families and welcome to the 2026-2027 school year. My name is Rebecca Chadwick and I am the School Counselor at Harmony Union School District. I am so excited to be here at Harmony and am looking forward to all the amazing experiences we will share this year.

A little about me: I am a native Southern Californian, but have been happy to call Northern California home for over 20 years now. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, a Master's Degree in Counseling along with a School Counseling Credential (formal title: Pupil Personnel Services Credential), and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership for Social Justice. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family, friends, and my pets, and am always on the search for things to learn and experience.

My favorite parts of working at Harmony have been the amazing students and families I've been able to know, the outstanding teaching and support staff we have here, and of course, our beautiful campus that just continues to become more amazing! This is an incredible place to learn and I am proud to be a member of our school community.

Counseling Intern ~ Amy

Hello! My name is Amy Sorich, and I am a counseling intern at Harmony Union School District. I am thrilled to be a part of the Harmony community and get to know all of our wonderful families.

A little about me:

I moved to Santa Rosa in 2021 after receiving my Bachelors degree in Child Development from Humboldt State University. I am now in the process of receiving my Masters in Counseling through Adams State University with the goal of working as a school counselor. In my free time you will find me running and hiking in our beautiful regional parks, trying new restaurants, and spending time with my family.

My role at Harmony involves providing services such as one-on-one counseling, group activities, and classroom guidance to promote academic and social-emotional well being for all students. I look forward to spending the 2026-2027 school year with all of the amazing students, families, and staff at Harmony!
