Trouble With Your Tech?
FIRST, try restarting your device. This will oftentimes allow your device to correct malfunctions.
IncidentIQ is the district's way of receiving and tracking the progress on tech-related malfunctions. It is really important to start with this if something isn't working right. It allows them to have an accurate read on the scope and frequency of problems so that they can decide on how to best address the issues. Students ALSO can use this system to reset their passwords and communicate problems as well. After you login with Google, check out the brief tutorial by clicking ont he question mark at the top-right.
