First we made cardboard model to see where we put our components and what will be our final layout.

It's good to have aal the final components, becauce then there will be wery little modifications later on. Down here is list of components we use. Of cource you dont't need to buy same things. We bought them because they were available, we get them in good price and they are most universal and allow us to make wide range of connecting possibilities.

We made our base frame from steel. Its strong and it can hande the weight of all our components (battery, speakers, amplifier ect...)

We layout all wiring connections to paper. Then we could easilly make changes before drilling any holes.

We bought metal connectors. They are not the best ones, because students can easilly make short circuits. But thats not a big broblem, because current will be on the system only when teacher checks all the connections and stand is powerless when connections are made. Metal connectors are durable and can handle a lot of use.

In a classroom students have to make all the right connections t activate multimedia system.

We made permanent connections between components that are on the stand because:

- important connections are extended to panel by wire and banana connector

- for safety, because students can harm components when connecting/disconnecting wires all the time.

When everything was ready we tested all the possible connections and workings of different multimedia components.

Of course there are several ways to do it. But the structure and logic of the base remain the same.

However, our stand is definitely not ready, because we can add more worksheets and use different methodologies and approaches to solving tasks and problem situations.
