Sensors - reading.pdf2. Print out the names of the different sensors and have each student compile a presentation (5-10 minutes long) about it. Have them bring out its purpose, usage, structure and signal measuring. Use the peer assessment handout so that the students could evaluate their classmates presentations.

3. After the presentations have the students compile an information table for the sensors. Fill it in together and check that the students have done it correctly. This shall be the base for their knowledge. For an online board, Padlet can be used, this enables students to work collectively and access the information anytime.

1. Have the students compile a crossword regarding the vocabulary covered during the lessons. Give them specific requirements for the crossword (crossword vs word search, number of words that need to be included, use on native language etc.). You can use THIS as a base for the crossword.

2. Divide the students into pairs or groups and give them the following problem. A battery will not crank and start an engine. Describe what you should do to the vehicle. Give the students some time to discuss among themselves and present a solution. After everyone has presented they can choose the best one.
