These concepts include: the Endocrine System, Nutrition, Healthy Living, Substance Abuse Prevention (to include the dangers of opioids), CPR/First Aid, Violence Prevention (to include dating violence), and Family Life Education.• Students will be trained in emergency first aid, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and the use of automated external defibrillators, including hands-on-practice of the skills (required for graduation).
