2025 Term 4 End Dates & Important Events

End of Year Prizegivings dates:

Junior School Prizegiving - Tuesday 9 December.

Venue - MPR @  Te Au o Tamatea (St Andrews Middle School) - access via Hamilton North School. Please be seated by 10:20am ready for a 10:30am start.

Senior School Prizegiving - Tuesday 16 December

Venue - Rototuna High School hall, Kimbrae Drive. Please be seated by 10:20am ready for a 10:30am start. 

If you would like to take your child home after prizegiving, you are welcome to do so - for safety reasons, please let your child’s classroom teacher know before the event.  Please also remember to let your child's transport provider know if there is to be a change to your transport requirements on the day.  Thank you. 

Term 4 - end of year dates:

Tuesday 16 December @ 2:30 PM

Wednesday 17 December @ the earlier time of 12:30 PM 

• Base School students

• Te Totara satellite students

• Crawshaw satellite students

Please make sure an adult is home to meet your child when they get off the bus early.

2026 Term 1 dates and events

Monday 2nd Feb - Term 1 starts - Whaanau/Family connection day

Tuesday 3rd Feb - All Students back (SESTA transport commences)

Thurs 12th & Fri 13th Feb - (MoE approved) Teacher Only Days - Structured literacy

Thursday 19 March - School Photos

Thursday 2nd April - Term 1 Ends
