INFORMATION ON ABSENCE AND SICKNESS OF CHILDREN FOR PARENTS

Student Absences

All student absences need to be phoned through to Hamilton North School on  (07) 849 3029, or you can email admin@hamnorth.school.nz as close to 9am as possible on each day.

Your transport providers Go Bus, or Cross Country Rentals must also be informed by you of any changes to your child's daily transport schedule:

Changes to your child's daily transport schedule:

• If you intend to drop off and/or pick up your child to/from school, it is the responsibility of you as the Parent/Caregiver to contact Go Bus, or Cross Country Rentals, and let them know of intended changes to your child's daily transport schedule.

Students arriving late, or leaving early

Access is not permitted to areas of our school or classrooms during school tuition hours when other students are present. 

Students who arrive late, and Parents/Caregivers arriving for early pickups are to please present to the front office first in all instances.
