The annual open enrollment season is upon us!

You can access the HACC Benefits Guidebook and the bSwift system via the Human Resources tab on myHACC, under the Total Rewards section. The link to Video Benefits Guy will also be accessible from the Guidebook and on the myHACC page in the very near future.

For support on any issues dealing with coverage, claims handling or other concerns about your current benefits, you can contact the Benefits Support Team, a service provided by HACC’s benefits consultant, NFP. Welcome, Terry

Terry Sholansky has joined HACC as our new employee health and wellness coordinator. Terry has almost 20 years of experience dealing with a diverse variety of employee health, wellness and safety concerns. She served as a safety director for a construction firm and a regional safety manager at a logistics company.

During her years with each organization she handled the breadth safety-related issues which included inspections, OSHA compliance, workers compensation, FMLA, accident prevention, training and site safety plans. She also led and sat on multiple safety-related committees, such as the Lancaster County Habitat for Humanity Safety Committee.

Terry and her husband, Robert, are long-time residents of Lebanon County. They have two adult children: daughter, Wendi, is a marketing director with a local credit union and son, Justin, is a Sr. Chief serving with the US Navy Seabees.
