HACC/Cornerstone Learning Management System (LMS) Return on Investment (ROI)

HACC/Cornerstone Learning Management System (LMS) Return on Investment (ROI) with the Purpose to Serve the College and Increase Participation in Organization and Professional Development Services

To illustrate the ROI results, we listed the following BENEFITS that has contributed to the improvement of professional development Collegewide:

The most significant benefit of the HACC/Cornerstone Learning Management System (LMS) is that it has created a paradigm shift in how we offer organization and professional development services, which was especially timely for the pandemic. The pandemic increased the usage of the LMS, with Cornerstone giving us access to a three-month free training and development catalog with more than 1000 modules, which employees enjoyed and inquired about when the period expired.

The LMS has saved everyone time while providing employees access to professional development 24 hours per day, anywhere in the world. It has also consolidated all of the training and learning materials across the College for all employees to conveniently access the resources and their transcripts in their own time and space. Supervisors can assign training materials based on employees specific needs.

Various divisions are also using the LMS to house pre-recorded training and assign resources to new team members. The LMS has also become a knowledge retention database for the College and houses information for NEO/NFO, Week Zero, CEO retreat, Navigate, Student Workers, Search Committee Training, Wellness Checks, HIPPA (in-progress), HR for Supervisors, Leadership Succession Management, and Diversity, Inclusivity and Belonging training.

To illustrate the ROI results of 319% we have achieved, the following table shows the number of employee participation Collegewide.
