Articulation agreement with the Pennsylvania College of Art and Design (PCA&D)
HACC recently signed an expanded articulation agreement with the Pennsylvania College of Art and Design (PCA&D). The new agreement allows graduates in Art, Photography, and Graphic Design easy transfer into PCA&D and the opportunity for a $1000 tuition scholarship.
