研究室の立ち上げを手伝ってくれた風姫さん（21-24: テクニカルスタッフ)が退職されました．本当に一番大変な時期（マウス飼育の開始，オルガノイド培地作成など）を手伝っていただきました．ありがとうございました！

Fuki-san has retired from the Sasaki MED lab. She contributed to the Lab during the toughest period of its starting-up. My sincere thanks!!

尊敬する理化学研究所大野先生の基調講演が群馬大学で開催されました．大野先生の素晴らしい経歴を振り返っていただけ，研究の進め方，大変勉強になりました．

The keynote lecture by Dr. Hiroshi Ohno (Riken IMS), whom I greatly respect, was held at Gunma Univ. We learned many things from his wonderful career and how he has conducted his research.

佐々木が実験医学増刊号に“オルガノイドを用いた腸内細菌研究に関する総説”を書きました．世界中で競争になりつつあるオルガノイド-腸内細菌研究の今についてまとめましたので，ご興味のある方は一読していただけると嬉しいです．このような素晴らしい機会をあたえて下さった武部先生にはいつも本当にお世話になっております．ありがとうございました (羊土社リンク)．

Nob wrote a review article, "The research of gut bacteria using organoid," in the special issue of "The Jikken Igaku" in Japanese. Please read this if you are interested in organoid and gut microbes. I would like to special thanks to Dr. Takebe for giving me this wonderful opportunity!

由緒ある日本生化学学会誌“生化学”95巻4号で，腸内細菌-代謝の観点から腸内デザインに関する特集を慶應大学の福田真嗣先生企画しました．我々は腸内環境を自在に操作できるのでしょうか？プロバイオティクス，代謝物を用いると撹乱した腸内環境を是正できるのか？各種疾患を発症させる微生物をどうやって同定するの？その機能解析は？便移植，AIアルゴリズムの活用など最先端の技術など幅広い分野をカバーしています．この分野の国内トップの先生方にご執筆いただきましたので，本当に素晴らしい総説です．是非，この分野に関係しているヒトには一読して欲しいです．当研究室からは宮内先生が“代謝と免疫”に関して，最新の知見をまとめてくださいました (生化学HP)！

佐々木が東京大学理学部生物学科で講義を行いました．13時〜19時までのガチンコ講義でしたが，講師-学生, 聴講者との熱い談義が交わされ，終了時間を大幅に延長してしまいました．こちらでも本当にエッジの効いた質問やアイデアをいただきまして，私自身も刺激されまくりました．

共同利用・共同研究拠点成果として，慶應大学（薬）木村先生，長谷先生との論文がでました(Publication)．IEL制御にAP-1B分子が関わっていることをオルガノイドを使って上手に証明されています．エキサイティングな表現型ですので是非一読をオススメします！

A paper by Dr. Kimura/Hase (Keio Univ.) was published by our Joint Research Center, in which the involvement of AP-1B in IEL regulation was demonstrated using an organoid. It is an exciting phenotype, and we highly recommend checking it out!

佐々木が大阪大学理学部（生物）で集中講義を行いました．基礎的な発生学〜幹細胞学の講義，生物科学専攻セミナーを実施しました．学生の皆さんも長時間でしたが集中して頂き，そして質の高い鋭い質問がありこちらも刺激をウケました．

群馬大学保健学科大学院生の柳澤くん（M2）が書いたオルガノイド研究に関する総説が本として出版されました．代謝疾患や腸内細菌研究におけるオルガノイドについて良くまとめられています．研究員の今井さんとの協力の作品です．素晴らしい！(Publication)

A textbook on organoid research written by Kota (M2), a master course student at Gunma Univ., has been published! A good summary of organoid system in metabolic disease and gut bacteria researches.

佐々木が国立がんセンターで開催された，日本患者由来がんモデル学会で招待講演を行いました．ホストの近藤格先生，大変貴重な機会をありがとうございました．

腸内デザインプロジェクト本格開始！群馬県の大型予算“ぐんま未来共創トライアル補助金 (最大3,000万円)”に本研究室の事業が採択されました．(Lab Fun)

The gut Design Project has now launched!! Our project has been selected for the large budget (30 million) grant from Gunma Prefecture.
