Task 2: Review the process for submitting a maintenance work request.
To submit a technology work request, click on the Technology link on the Academic Dashboard, complete all of the required fields and then submit your form. Provide as much detail as possible on the form to help the IT support team respond to your request most efficiently.
To submit a maintenance work request, click on the Maintenance link on the Academic Dashboard, and enter your user ID and the password of "password". Complete all of the required fields on the form, and provide as much detail as possible about the maintenance service that you are requesting. Submit your request by clicking on the "submit" button.
In the address bar type in Gulliver.life/printers.
Login using your Gulliver username and password.
In the black bar on the left click on Change Details.
You will see your current password. Change it to something you will remember. You can use letters and numbers.
Click on Change Number.
Logout of PaperCut in the top right corner by clicking on your username then Logout.
Make sure you are logged into the computer.
Bring up the document you are printing.
Click File, then Print, or click on the printer icon.
Change the printer by clicking on Change under the destination to GP Printing.
If you don't need 2 sided printing, uncheck the box.
Walk to any printer in GP Printing. and enter your printer password.
