Did you know that there are some alternative ways to satisfy requirements for Historical Perspectives, ENGL 102, and Quantitative Literacy?
You have satisfied HP if you are transferring in:
2 college level English and 1 college level history course, or
2 AP english courses with 5 or better and an AP history exam with 5 or better, or
1 AP english course with 5 or better, one college English, and either an AP history exam with 5 or better or a college history course
You have satisfied ENGL 102 if you have taken:
1 college level english course, or
1 AP english exam with a 5 or better
You have satisfied Quant Lit if you:
have taken a college level math class and earned a C or better, or
have taken an AP math class and earned a 5 or better,
scored appropriately on the quant lit exam at Guilford, or
took ANY math class at Guilford, with a C or better
*Note: the title of the Natural Science/Math Breadth requirement is a bit misleading; since math classes count for quantitative literacy, they don't count towards the Science/Math requirement. It's really a Lab Science requirement that's been poorly named.
