Journal Newspaper

Do you like to write? Take photos? Draw? Are you interested in what's happening at GHS and within our surrounding community? If so, then the Journal is the club for you. The Journal is a school publication that is "by and for the students of Guilderland Central High School." The paper reports on high school, local, national, and international news. Members can experience all aspects of newspaper publication from writing to layout design. If interested in becoming a part of the Journal, please see Mr. Mazura in room 715 or stop by The Journal office to fill out an interest form!

The Journal is the official student newspaper of Guilderland High School. Designated as a public forum for student expression for over sixty years, The Journal has been awarded "Gold" standard by the Empire State Scholastic Press Association and the New York State Press Association.
