Programming Plans

What is our programming vision? 💻

Use VisionPortal along with Pathfinding for the first time in our robotics journey in order to create a program which uses its surroundings to figure out the next best move, as well as making the switch from Blocks programming to Java programming using Android Studio. These changes will make our robot less reliant on the human player, thus reducing human error, and switching to Java will allow the robot's programming to be more advanced, capable, and customizable.

How will we accomplish our goal? 🏌️

Using the built in Vision libraries featuring AprilTags and OpenCV, we will determine where the robot needs to go next , and we will use Roadrunner pathfinding libraries to create a way for the robot to navigate there.
