'A GENDER-EQUAL SOCIETY WOULD BE THE ONE WHERE THE WORD GENDER DOES NOT EXIST: WHERE EVERYONE CAN BE THEMSELVES'

WHAT IS GENDER INEQUALITY ?

We people have quickly advanced since from the hour of our starting point, we have fostered our social design, have modernized our economies and have fabricated our local area. However, there is a concept that functions as an inseparable component of our lives and is constantly evolving alongside us. It is a belief that the third gender is incompatible with this race because the male community is the breadwinner and the female community is the love giver. This has become so pervasive that it has resulted in feelings of superiority and inferiority among all genders and has created a gap between them.

The social phenomenon of men and women not being treated equally is known as gender inequality. The treatment could be the result of differences in biology, psychology, or socially accepted cultural norms. While some of these distinctions appear to be social constructs, others are empirically supported. Examples of gender discrimination and harassment include: receiving a lower wage than a male employee doing the same job. being harassed sexually by unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, or other forms. being denied employee benefits or having less paid sick time because of one's gender.

"SEXUALITY IS THE WINDOW INTO SOMEONE'S SOUL" - ALAN BALL

TYPES OF SEXUALITY

Heterosexual: People who are heterosexual are romantically and physically attracted to members of the opposite sex: Heterosexual males are attracted to females, and heterosexual females are attracted to males. Heterosexuals are sometimes called “straight.”

Homosexual: People who are homosexual are romantically and physically attracted to people of the same sex: Females who are attracted to other females are lesbian; males who are attracted to other males are often known as gay. (The term gay is sometimes used to describe homosexual individuals of either sex.)

Bisexual: People who are bisexual are romantically and physically attracted to members of both sexes.

Asexual: People who are asexual may not be interested in sex, but they still feel emotionally close to other people.
