"Sustainable Development is an opportunity, more than just a duty."

The Four Core Principles of UNEP 2030

UNIVERSALITY

2030 Agenda is universally applicable and respects all national policies, development and priorities

INTEGRATION

The Social, Economic and Environmental Dimensions must be balanced and integrated

HUMAN RIGHTS & EQUITY

A Better Standard of living for all can be achieved by equality, rule of law and equitable opportunities

INNOVATION

Innovation provides the pathways of development and technological advancements

Targets of SDG No.1

By 2030, Goal 1 calls for all forms of poverty to be eradicated. Additionally, it intends to expand access to essential services, provide social protection for the poor and vulnerable, and aid those injured by natural disasters, economic shocks, and extreme weather occurrences.

Targets of SDG No.3

Sustainable Development Goals Goal 3 seeks to ensure that everyone lives a healthy life and to foster wellbeing at all ages.

Targets of SDG No.5

2030 was the date set by the Sustainable Development Agenda, which UN Member States agreed in 2015, for achieving gender equality and the empowerment of all women and girls. With only ten years remaining to achieve it, the globe is currently off course.

Targets of SDG No.7

By 2030, "affordable, reliable, sustainable, and contemporary energy for everybody" is required by Sustainable Development Goal 7 (SDG7). Its three primary goals serve as the cornerstone of our work: Ensure that everyone has access to modern, dependable, and cheap energy services.

Targets of SDG No.9

SDG number 9, promote the sustainable and resilient development of infrastructure in developing nations by providing increased financial, technological, and technical assistance to African nations, least developed nations, landlocked developing nations, and small island developing States.

Targets of SDG No.11

By improving national and regional development planning, SDG number 11 calls for fostering strong ties between urban, suburban, and rural areas on the economic, social, and environmental fronts.

Targets of SDG No.13

Strengthening resilience and adaptive ability to climate-related hazards and natural disasters in all nations is stated as SDG number 13.

Targets of SDG No.15

In particular, SDG number 15 calls for managing forests sustainably, halting and reversing the degradation of lands and natural habitats, successfully battling desertification, and reducing the loss of biodiversity.

Targets of SDG No.2

By 2030, Sustainable Development Goal 2 seeks to eradicate hunger worldwide. Between 720 million and 811 million people globally experienced hunger in 2020, an increase of about 161 million from the previous year.

Targets of SDG No.4

Education is the focus of Sustainable Development Goal 4 (SDG 4). Its stated objectives are to "provide inclusive and equitable quality education and create opportunities for lifelong learning for all."

Targets of SDG No.6

Make sure everyone has access to water and toilets. The most fundamental human need for health and well-being is access to clean water, proper sanitation, and hygiene. If development doesn't triple, billions of people will lack access to these essential services by 2030.

Targets of SDG No.8

The Global Goals' Goal 8 is "Decent Work and Economic Growth." Encourage consistent, equitable, and sustainable economic growth, complete and productive employment, and respectable employment for all.

Targets of SDG No.10

Getting rid of inequality is Goal 10. The Goal also addresses disparities between nations, such as those involving representation, immigration, and development aid.

Targets of SDG No.12

By 2030, SDG number 12 calls for cutting down on food losses throughout the supply and production chains, including post-harvest losses, and halving global per capita food waste at the retail and consumer levels.

Targets of SDG No.14

The conservation and wise use of the oceans, seas, and marine resources is suggested by SDG number 14. Global processes that keep Earth habitable for humans are propelled by the ocean.

Targets of SDG No.16

For sustainable development, SDG number 16 calls for the promotion of inclusive and peaceful societies, universal access to justice, and the creation of inclusive institutions at all levels.

Targets of SDG No.17

In order to support the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals in all countries, particularly developing ones, SDG number 17 proposes strengthening the Global Partnership for Sustainable Development, supplemented by multi-stakeholder partnerships that mobilise and share knowledge, expertise, technology, and financial resources.
