"To change the consequences, we need to eradicate the causes"

What are the causes of problems in communities?
The list would be larger if we were to describe the root causes of the issues facing the neighbourhood. Every local issue has widespread root causes when viewed in the larger context. Look over our list below.
Insufficient government support
Leaders need to take the helm on initiatives that will advance each region. They must be able to identify the underlying causes of pressing issues and suggest policies and initiatives that, rather than offering band-aid fixes, will alleviate the aforementioned problems. This strategy should engage people.
Illiteracy
Education is one of the most crucial elements in success. Teaching fundamental skills like reading and writing would advance crucial abilities. Each person will benefit from these abilities and be able to give back to the community. People will be able to create businesses or get employment.
Insufficient healthcare
In addition to a sound mind, a healthy body is essential to improving a person's quality of life. Health education is therefore essential to creating a healthier society. Better workers and collaborators are those who are in better health. This is relevant during a pandemic.
Unemployment
When someone who is actively looking for work is unable to find employment, they are said to be unemployed. One of the root causes of social issues is unemployment. It makes me frustrated. Problems like burglary, looting, murder, and theft are brought on by unemployment.
Rapid population growth
Increase in population is referred to as rapid population expansion. Numerous causes contribute to overpopulation. It causes poverty and unemployment.
Caste Discrimination
Many people suffer injustice because of their caste. The so-called superior caste engages in this type of prejudice because they do not see other people as fellow humans. Such discrimination is rooted in a lack of education, clinging to outdated customs, resistance to change, and lack of conscience.
Why should we analyze the problems?
Before implementing a solution, a problem or issue is carefully considered by doing a community problem analysis. It starts with determining the causes of an issue, followed by determining potential alternatives and a strategy for improvement. Prior to constructing a solution, problem analysis aims to get a deeper understanding of the problem.
5 steps of Problem Analysis
1) Gain agreement
Gaining consensus on the definition of the issue that needs to be solved is the first stage. Writing down the issue and seeing if everyone agrees is one of the simplest ways to achieve consensus.
2) Understand the cause
To understand the genuine issue and its true causes, you might employ a range of ways. One such well-liked method is root cause analysis, which is a methodical approach to identifying the fundamental or underlying source of an issue that has been recognized or one of its symptoms.
3) Identify the users
The needs of a wide range of stakeholders must normally be met in order to solve a complicated problem effectively. Stakeholders frequently have different viewpoints on the issue and different demands that the solution must take into account. Therefore, consulting stakeholders will aid in identifying the problems' core causes.
4) Define the solution
After the users and stakeholders have been identified and the problem statement has been accepted, we can focus on designing a solution that will be used to solve the issue.
5) Finding constraints
The limitations that will be placed on the solution must be taken into account. Each restriction has the risk of significantly limiting our capacity to implement the solution as we envisage it.
