Soybean pudding/ Tofu pudding is a traditional Taiwanese dessert, which is made of soybeans. After the soybeans are ground and boiled, they become soybean milk. Then add gypsum powder to make the protein coagulate into a pudding-like texture. It's smooth and soft. Then pour some syrup, sweet red bean, mung bean, peanut, taro, job's tear, bobba, pudding are also some popular ingredients to add on top of tofu pudding.

There is a store near our school, they provide free soybean pudding for the students who get 100 on their midterm and final exams. Once I brought my 100 exam paper and got one yummy soybean pudding for free!
