This Dress was based off of a suffragette from the 1900s. The colors are based of an Irish Coastline. The color of the sea is in the jeans, the color of the grass is in the shirt, the straw hat and the belt and the color of the rocks is also in the shirt.

This dress is based on the plant coleus. I used the colors of the plant - pink, purple, yellow, and green. I also based the pattern on the plant.
The picture below is the picture I used to base the dress on.
This bird is called the Lilac-breasted Roller. I chose this bird to base my design off of. I chose this bird because I liked all of the bright colors.
My designed was inspired by this flower I found in the garden.
My design concept: The outer layer of skirt is lotus petals; the inner layer is lotus leaf.
-designed by Lisa Lin (Taiwan)
My design was inspired by this fluffy cutie, Rosy Maple Moth.
Pink and yellow are the base color of this elegant dress. The yellow fluffy top is based on the moth's yellow fluffy head, it makes the dress more adorable. I also made a special head decoration based on its antennae.

My design was inspired by the White-Crested Laughing Thrush, the picture below is of the Laughing thrush.
The dress's fur-like lining is inspired by the thrush's puffy feathered head, and the over all color palette is inspired by the bird's body and feet.

This dress's design is also based off of the Lilac-Breasted Roller, I made the dress with the idea of a somewhat ribbon-like cape that tied in the back, and the sleeves being made of a somewhat pinkish purple tinted material that the green ribbons would lay on.
Cockatiel
My bird is male, but I want a female one. So I imagined it becomes a girl, and this is how she looks like! Very adorable!

My design concept:
This design was inspired by these flowers. From the yellow hair, pink dress (petals) to the long stockings.
-designed by Lisa Lin (Taiwan)
Taiwan Water Lily
The design of this Chinese style dress was base on Taiwan Water Lily. The round bottom of the dress is the petal of the flower. The star patterns are the stigma of the flower. The stockings are inspired by its stamen. And the hair buns just go with this Chinese style dress!
Taiwan Water Lily is a native plant in Taiwan, and only exists in Taiwan. But it's endangered now.

Purple Starry Night
I used purple starry night washi tape, and pasted it layer by layer.
-designed by Erica Kao (Taiwan)
This is a small drawing I worked on while thinking about a small cherry tree in my backyard.
I loved to play by the tree and with the flowers and I would fill bowls with the petals for a fun art project that my mom and I would work on.

I decided to design a dress bases off these small purple flowers, I choose them because purple is my favorite color, I also don't know what the flowers are called.

Some kids in the STEM 7th grade class learned to knit as a project. One thing I like about my scarf (WIP) is how colorful it is.
